Patent Analyst |
· An engineering graduate in IT, Telecommunications, semiconductor with at least 2 years experience in Patent searches for US law firms in 102a, 102b and 103. |
· Conduct Patent search including Novelty, Prior art, Infringement and Freedom-to-operate analysis in areas of Computing, Gaming technology, Mobile technology, Communication and Automotive Engineering |
· Use free and paid databases such as Micropatent, STN, Delphion, Thomson Innovation, to obtain technical and legal information pertaining to patents |
· Conduct Patent Landscape, Competitive Intelligence, Portfolio Analysis, and Patent Ranking |
· Conduct market search for application areas of innovations in free and paid databases such as Hoovers |
· Identify potential licensee’s through extensive patent landscape and market research |
· Generating proposals and final reports for patent searches. |
