Testing Analyst Required


Job Profile
Works as a member of a testing team responsible for the development and execution of test
Plans while adhering to established testing guidelines and standards. This role is matrix reporting where the position reports to the Testing Lead directly and indirectly to the Testing Manager

The Testing Analyst Senior is a key resource to customer (both internal and external) satisfaction regarding our product quality. This position will make informed decisions, particularly under time pressure and in non-routine situations, which will solve quality problems without sacrificing company goals. This position will be responsible to ensure that product quality meets customer specification.


Skills and Specifications
* Ability to exercise good judgment and reasonable  problem escalation and resolution
* Skilled user of HP Quality Center (HPQC)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written.
* Ability to work easily in cross-cultural working environments.
* Good analytical thinker with attention to detail
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Must be able to work well within a team with diverse skill sets and competing deadlines.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Good Hands On experience in developing SQL Statements
* Mentoring Junior Test Analysts
* • 2 to 5 years of testing experience 
* Experience with complex, large testing projects
* Ability to work collaboratively with senior associates internally or with the client
* Sound understanding of Black Box testing as it applies to the functionality of the application(s). 
* Sound understanding on how to develop and manage e2e testing through functional and integrated testing phases.
* HR Domain knowledge
* Peoplesoft HR knoweldge (eg. WFA, Talent, ESSMSS, Report, Payroll, Comp)
